On the Memberships tab, you will find a range of data on users (members) who use your SaaS applications. For example, you can see how many active members a department has but also which applications they are subscribed to. You can also generate an Excel report to extract and share this and other information as needed.
Filter by department: Filter on the department you want to view in detail.
Number of services: Find the total number of services in your organization or a specific department. When you click the number, you will be directed to the Services page on the Spend tab.
Anticipated monthly spend: Find the anticipated monthly spend from all your SaaS services. You will also see the monthly trends. When you click these figures, you will be directed to the Invoices page on the Spend tab.
Anticipated annual spend: find the anticipated monthly spend from all your SaaS services. You will also see the yearly trends. When you click these figures, you will be directed to the Invoices page on the Spend tab.
Search bar: Apply more detailed filters. You can directly search the name of members or filter by Employee, Partner, Contractor, System User, Unknown, and All. You can also filter all the Active members.
Department: The list of available departments in your organizations. To the right of the list, you will also see the number of members based on the filter you choose.
Using the Memberships tab, you can find all the SaaS services in your organization and verify that members have access to the necessary services.
Search: Type the name for the user you want to find.
Choose: Choose a user from the list, and click on the name.
Active memberships: In this section, you will see all the services that are part of the user's membership.
Past memberships: in this section, you can see all the previous services a specific member had access to.
App catalog: In this section, you will see the app catalog for users where you can provision user licenses.
You can export a list of all members in your organization or per department to Excel. This feature is useful for reporting purposes.
Start by selecting one of the departments you want to export. In this example, we are choosing Penn Gaming - Engineering.
You will see the list of all members in the Penn Gaming - Engineering department, along with the number of services they are subscribed to. You can scroll down and click on the pages to see the whole list. On this page, you will find the "Export" button on the top right.
Once you click the "Export" button, SI will download an Excel file which you can open on your machine. The Excel file contains all the information from SI, including the following attributes: Name, Email, Department, Number of Services, Activity, Status, and User Type.
